Prices are for the rental of the whole
apartment, regardless of the number of guests staying, &
include the following;
- Reception by our representative at the
apartment
- Electric
- Water
- Unlimited internet access
- Local tourist tax
- Laundry (bedlinen, towels & kitchen
cloths)
- End of stay cleaning
Minimum stay 3 nights.
Arrival and departure dates are flexible.
Short breaks are available throughout the year,

us for a fully inclusive price quote.
Terms & Conditions of Booking
All bookings are subject to a £150 (170 Euros)
non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
The final balance is due 6 weeks before departure.
If reservations are made within 6 weeks of departure,
then the full balance is due at time of booking.
Payment can be made by either cheque, cash or BACs
transfer. Other methods are available for non-UK guests.
