apartment is located in a small, well maintained apartment
house in the quiet Laim area of St Gilgen.
VIEW FROM BALCONY
Hallway
The front door opens up into the hallway, where
you will find a number of generous storage units.
In addition, you will find a separate WC.
Lounge
The lounge is at the front of the apartment &
looks out onto Lake Wolfgangsee via a large panorama
window & door onto the balcony. It is equipped
with a double sofa bed, armchairs & a traditional
Austrian style seating / dining area.
The TV has a selection
of cable channels, there is a DVD Player with a selection
of DVDs & a CD / stereo unit. You’ll also
find information folders on both the apartment &
the surrounding area.
Balcony
The large “L” shaped balcony is
located at the front & side of the apartment.
Access is via doors from the lounge & master bedroom.
The balcony is fully tiled & has a selection of
chairs & a table. It benefits from both morning
& afternoon sun.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a full sized double bed &
large fitted storage units. The windows give an unobstructed
view of the mountains & a door leads out onto
the balcony.
Second
Bedroom
The second bedroom also has a full sized double
bed & fitted storage units. The view from the
large windows opens out onto trees & mountains.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge
/ freezer, dishwasher, sink & a number of storage
cupboards. A large selection of utensils & appliances
are provided.
Bathroom
The bathroom features a sink, WC, bath (with shower
& shower screen). There are storage units &
electricity points for shavers & hairdryers, etc.
