to our first floor modern luxury two bed apartment,
situated in a quiet, elevated position, in the
beautiful village of St. Gilgen in the Salzkammergut
region of Austria.
With magnificent
views of Lake Wolfgangsee & the surrounding
mountains, the apartment is ideally located
to enable visitors to experience the many activities
& attractions that this area has to offer
in all seasons.
The apartment
features two full-sized double bedrooms, each
with generous built-in storage. Each bed is
in the typical Austrian style - two separate
mattresses & 2 sets of bedding. One bedroom
is at the rear apartment with a view of the
Zwolferhorn mountain (& the resident deer
feeding most mornings). It is equipped with
a clock radio / iPod player. The other bedroom
has patio doors onto the balcony & looks
out onto the nearby Plombergstein mountain.
It is also equipped with a clock radio.
The kitchen
is fully equipped to cater for a family &
the bathroom is complimented by a second separate
WC. The lounge has a typical Austrian style
seating area with spectacular views of the lake
& is equipped with a Satellite TV (with
full UK & other European Channels), DVD
Player, radio / CD player and ipod docking station. There is also free wi-fi internet throughout the apartment.
All rooms
are fully heated & there is a generous amount
of storage space available. In addition, there
are drying & secure storage rooms within
the building suitable for bicycles and other
large items of sports equipment.
The apartment
will accommodate 4 guests. Whilst you will see
other smaller apartments in the area offering
to sleep more guests, we feel that 4 guests
is appropriate for the size and facilities we
offer and will ensure the greatest comfort an
enjoyment to our guests.
The apartment
also benefits from a private parking space adjacent
to the building.
The
apartment is a pleasant 10 minute walk into
the centre of St. Gilgen, where a wide selection
of restaurants, banks & other facilities
are available.
